Synopsis
Director Jessica Soza reinvisions Ibsen’s classic play A Doll’s House, resetting the locale from 1800’s Norway to Redding, California.
Set during Christmas, the play centers around the strained marriage of Nora and Torvald Helmer -- she the child-like appeasing housewife, he the image-conscious, controlling husband.
All is not what it seems in domestic bliss. Secrets, lies and blackmail - what will happen when the truth of Nora’s forgery is revealed?
Please note the performances of NORA on December 6 at 7pm, December 7 at 3pm and December 8 at 3pm have been postponed to the following weekend.
